As per the directives of Ministry of Ayush, Government of India #NationalAyurvedaDay2025 was celebrated today in the auditorium hall. The program was presided over by Dr. I. B. Hiremath, Professor PG department of Panchakarma, recalled his journey in academics and advised students to adapt the principles of Ayurveda. Chief guest Dr. Kallesh Hiremath Assistant professor, Department of Kayachikitsa, BMJ Ayurvedic Medical College, Gajendragad in his speech highlighted the need of Ayurveda in current lifestyle diseases. Dr. Rakesh. T. C Nodal officer, NAD2025 & Assistant professor Department of Swastavritta RGESAMC Ron briefed about the various events held on account of #NAD2025 Dr. Shreya Shetty, Assistant professor, Department of Agada tantra delivered keynote address on #NAD2025 Dr. Abrar Ahmad Mulla Assistant professor Department of Shalyatantra coordinated the result announcement of NATIONAL LEVEL VIDEO MAKING COMPETITION which was organised to mark #NAD2025. Dr. Shreepriya Assistant professor Department of Siddhanta & samhita coordinated the prize distribution of FOOD MAKING COMPETITION. Dr. Vidhyashree A, Assistant professor PG Department of Panchakarma coordinated distribution of prizes for e-POSTER COMPETITION organised for PG scholars. During the program dignitaries were felicitated for their services towards Ayurveda.
