VISHARAD-2025 a Graduation ceremony was held today for the BAMS students in the auditorium hall. The ceremony began with the procession as a mark of formal welcome to the dignitaries and graduates. Shri.G.S. Patil, President, RGES & Member of Legislative Assembly, Ron constituency presided over the function. In his address to the gathering he described the importance of good education to inspire the students on building integrity and thereby help in nurturing the society. Chief guest Dr. Ramachandra Shetty, Director R & D,RGUHS Bengaluru in his address explained about the need of research on ayurvedic drugs. He also urged the students to be righteous in their clinical practices. Post inauguration he rendered CHARAKA OATH which was followed by the graduates. Guest of honour Dr. Shrinivas Bannigol, CAO, SAMC Hubballi highlighted the importance of ethics and humility in clinical practice. He was honoured with the title BRIHASPATI certificate from the institute considering his service to Ayurveda. Other dignitaries included Dr. K. B. Dhannur, Secretary RGES, Shri I. S Patil Chairman RGESAMC, Dr. I. B. Kotturshetti, Principal and CMO RGESAMC, Shri. K. B. Harlapur, Member RGES Ron and Shri. Akshay Patil Member, RGES Ron.
