On the account of celebrations of #WorldMeditationDay a practical session on Yoga and meditation was held on 19/12/2024 in Matoshree Basamma tayi herbal garden, Ron. The program was presided over by Dr. I. B. Kotturshetti, Principal and CMO RGESAMC. Resource person Sri. Prabhu Patil, Yoga & Meditation expert, Art of Living, Gadag explained about the importance of meditation in current scenario and demonstrated various methods of meditation. Honorary guest Dr. Praveen Palled, Professor, Department of Agadatantra and Smt. Pavithra, Yoga teacher Art of living Gadag were among the other dignitaries. Teaching staff and II phase UG students participated in the program.
